Rif O. Abou Richeh, Chairman
Rif Abou Richeh is Chairman of Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises and a Vice President of Abdul Latif Jameel, an international, family-owned and diversified business, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.
Mr. Abou Richeh heads the international operations of Abdul Latif Jameel, and is responsible for company operations such as automotive and its associated businesses, financial services, advertising and media, and general trading.
Rif Abou Richeh also leads Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises, overseeing the expansion of the business into new geographies and sectors such as renewable energy, environmental services and manufacturing.
Prior to taking up his role at Abdul Latif Jameel, Mr. Abou Richeh worked for a number of private sector companies, and held senior positions in businesses in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Abou Richeh holds a degree in Business Administration and gained an MBA from the University of Wisconsin in the United States.
Faisal S. Alsamannoudi, Vice Chairman and CEO
Faisal Alsamannoudi is Vice Chairman and CEO of Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises, part of Abdul Latif Jameel, a collection of independent, international, family-owned and diversified businesses, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.
Mr. Alsamannoudi leads Abdul Latif Jameel’s expansion and diversification in businesses adjacent to core automotive distribution, including oil and lubricants, insurance, crash and repair solutions and automotive accessories as well as the ongoing expansion into the logistics, media, entertainment, technology and healthcare sectors.
Prior to taking up his current role, Mr. Alsamannoudi held a number of positions within Abdul Latif Jameel as well as with Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan.
Faisal Alsamannoudi serves on several boards with leading Saudi companies engaged in the real estate, technology and security sectors. He is passionate about community service as he is the Vice Chairman of Community Jameel Charity the shelter-homes program of Abdul Latif Jameel and the Vice Chairman of Hayat Charitable Foundation. Further; Mr. Alsamannoudi is the Founder and Chairman of AlMawaddah, an award winning NGO focusing on family development programs and community empowerment. He is a board member of the General Authority of Endowment (Saudi Arabia) and a board member of the National Center for Developing None- Profit Sector.
Mr. Alsamannoudi holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University, Riyadh, and holds a certificate in Global Management at INSEAD in France.

Based in the MENAT region, Abdul Latif Jameel has a presence in more than 30 countries over six continents, including Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, North and South America. Rowaid Al-Sawaf, Chief Corporate Officer
Rowaid Al-Sawaf is Chief Corporate Officer for Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises, part of Abdul Latif Jameel, a collection of independent, international, family-owned and diversified businesses, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.
Mr. Al-Sawaf leads Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises commercial activities and provides operational oversight into the expansion and diversification of the business portfolio. This portfolio includes diversified sectors such as oils, lubricants, logistics, media, entertainment, technology, healthcare, water and energy.
Prior to taking up his current role, Mr. Al-Sawaf held a number of positions within Abdul Latif Jameel as well as with Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan.
Mr. Al-Sawaf is also a member of several Boards of Directors. His memberships include serving as a Board Member in the Saudi Industrial Engineering Society, a Board Member of Abdul Latif Jameel for Logistics, Board Member for Four Principles, Board Member for Investment Committee of Abdul Latif Jameel Properties, Board Member of Abdul Latif Jameel for Commercial Development, and also as a Board Member of Community Jameel.
Mr. Al-Sawaf holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from King Abdul-Aziz University as well as a certification in Artificial Intelligence from MIT.
Dr. Abdelkareem Al-Kadomi, Group Chief Legal Officer
Dr. Al-Kadomi is Group Chief Legal Officer of Abdul Latif Jameel Co., overseeing legal matters across a range of businesses, including Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises, Abdul Latif Jameel Lands, Abdul Latif Jameel Machinery and affiliates. Dr. Al-Kadomi is also a board member of Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises.
Dr. Al-Kadomi is tasked with all legal matters and corporate governance of Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises’ business operations.
Dr. Al-Kadomi has over 28 years experience, having worked for numerous multinationals across several sectors, including Investment, Industrial, Real Estate Development, Banking, M&A, Corporate and other sectors.
Prior to joining Abdul Latif Jameel, Dr. Al-Kadomi was a Senior Legal VP for a major Gulf property development business, and before that, GCLO for a diversified UAE National Holding Group. Dr. Al-Kadomi was also a judge at Amman’s North Court in Jordan.
Dr. Al Kadomi holds a PhD in e-Banking from Amman Arab University (Honors), a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedures Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in General Law from the University of Jordan. Dr. Alkadomi was also recognized on the GC Middle East Power List 2019- Legal 500.
Yahia Kafi, Chief Financial Officer
Yahia Kafi is Chief Financial Officer for Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises, part of Abdul Latif Jameel, a collection of independent, international, family-owned and diversified businesses, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.
Mr. Kafi is an experienced career CFO and is responsible for leading all aspects of the financial performance of the business.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Kafi was CFO for Community Jameel, the Jameel family global philanthropy.
Mr. Kafi is also an Audit Committee Member of Abdul Latif Jameel United Finance. He has held leading positions in finance/business partnerships and turnarounds in Canada, USA, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Kafi has a BCom from Ain Shams University, MBA from Athabasca University, and holds CPA, CMA, CFM, CSCA, and CGACPA certifications from America and Canada.
